On February 14, 2000, a Notice of Violation was issued for failure to comply with a fire protection license condition. It was cited in accordance with the Interim Enforcement Policy for use during the NRC Power Reactor Oversight Process Plant Study. The violation was associated with a finding (failure of the Unit 2 4160Vac switchgear room carbon dioxide fire suppression system to achieve required concentration) that the Significance Determination Process characterized as White.
